1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. We offer the following options:
- Standard Delivery — £3.50
- Free standard delivery on orders over £40
3. Delivery Timeframes
We ship via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times are:
- UK Standard — 5–7 working days
Please note these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, particularly during peak periods such as Christmas.
4. Tracking Your Order
Where a tracked service is used, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order via the Royal Mail website.
5. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Royal Mail will leave a notification card. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection within the timeframe specified by Royal Mail.
6. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. If you'd like to enquire about international shipping, please get in touch.
